What You Can Do Now To Increase Your Future Chances In The Real Estate Market
July 17th, 2007 categories: Neighborhood Reviews, Real Estate News
This is another great example of what a green thumb and a little investment can do to increase the curb appeal for your home.
Melissa,in the Palomar subdivision, has used some very unique specimens to give her front yard a very shady cool retreat from the desert sun. The variegated beech in the corner is a great focal point. She has used a clump of aspen in the corner for shade with a nice contrasting blue spruce. A little berm in the front gives her yard some depth and ties it all together. A few shorter perennials completes this great yard!
Real Estate Tip
“Curb appeal “isn’t just a fancy phrase created to boost landscaper’s income. It’s a crucial first impression that can make buyers either wary of stopping to look or eager to step inside. My only suggestion for this residence if they were to stage this home for sale, would be to add planter with a splash of gorgeous color to attract the eye to the front door.
