Ummm...you can paint it! I had a new listing once that needed to be painted. We agreed to list it after they finished the new exterior paint job. They called me up the next week to come look at their new PLUM COLORED HOUSE. I didn't advise them ahead of time to use a neutral color. We had to repaint it before we could sell it.
