Real Estate is certainly not boring. We are new to the blogging world and learning about another great tool takes time, just like learning how to write a contract. It will only benefit our clients in the future. The more we learn the more informed they are.

You're right, you can't blog localized real estate without getting out of the chair!

Your right, Real Estate is not boring. I am an easily bored person, but I have never been bored since I became a Realtor. There is always something to learn and new ways to do things.

Your blog is a great example of doing something new. You are doing a great job of it. If I were looking for real estate in the Kuna or Nampa area I would scour your blog to learn all I could.

My daughter is looking for a summer job in your Idaho this summer. I'll have to tell her to look you up.

Thanks for mentioning one of my blog posts! This is a great little tour around the real estate blogosphere. I've learned so much, and become a much better Realtor, by reading real estate blogs.
