Definately something to consider. I actually worked with someone who drove 1 1/2 hours to work and home a day. I felt sorry for them kinda miss alot of homelife doing that anything between 10-30 minutes is good with me and to be expected. Can't follow the intersection insights until I come to visit, but a good concept to ensure clients turn to their agent for advice. So many agents are showing our listings here in Metrowest Boston from an hour away. There is no way an agent can cover that amount of ground and provide good insights like you mention.
