		<description>I haven't seen many FSBO signs mainly realtors and foreclosure signs in our area.  Prior to all of this foreclosure we did see the FSBO.  I think many are just waiting for the foreclosure inventory to sell before they list there homes knowing this may take a year or more.</description>
